Facility Guidelines and Rental Policy
Welcome to Red Clay Dance Company’s Special Events Rental service.
Please see our facility guidelines and rental policies, detailing the procedures and protocols for building access and usage below.
Hours of Operations
Special Event Hours are Monday-Sunday, 9 am-10 pm. Renters must be clear of the premises by 11 pm.
Accessible Spaces within the Facility: 3800 sqft.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas inside Red Clay Dance Company
Certificate of Insurance
The Renter must carry general liability insurance in the amount of at least $1,000,000 that names Red Clay Dance Company as an additional insured. This insurance coverage for Red Clay Dance Company is primary and non-contributory with any insurance that is currently purchased by Red Clay Dance Company. A certificate of insurance confirming the above-mentioned provisions should be submitted to the Red Clay Dance Company at least ten (10) days prior to the event.
Payment
A down payment of 50% is required upon completion of the agreement to reserve date. The final payment is to be made 45 days prior to the scheduled event date.
Cancelation Policy
Should it be necessary for the Renter to cancel this function after an agreement has been signed, rental fees may be refunded only if cancelation is made in writing and received in our office at least 30 days prior to the event. Should cancellation be made after such time, refunds will be made according to the following cancelation fee schedule: 30 days or more, 100%; 15-29 days, 50%; 0-14 days 0%.
